Red Velvet Whoopie Pie
Remember the Gooey Butter Chocolate Chip cookies we made a while ago? Well, we took that recipe and kicked it up a notch to make these wonderfully moist Red Velvet Whoopie Pies. They are like mini cakes that melt in your mouth with a burst of sugary cream cheese goodness. This Red Velvet Whoopie Pie will make you go Whoopie!
Simple Chocolatey Chocolate Croissant
The history of the Croissant is as flakey as its delicious crust. Stories of its origin date back to the 8th century. One story states that the Croissant was invented in Vienna, Austria in 1683 to celebrate the defeat of the Turks, in reference to the crescent on the Turkish flag. Until today, I never thought war had an influence on culinary creations. Join us in adding chocolate to history and enjoying the taste of victory, so to speak.
Chocolate Macaron with Chocolate Ganache Filling
French Macarons are becoming more and more popular. These macarons may be fragile and small but they pack a punch when it comes to taste. Think Little Mac from Punch Out! Great part is, they come in many variety of flavors. So far, I have tried vanilla with white ganache, lavender tea with lander tea infused milk ganache, green tea with green tea white ganache, raspberry with chocolate ganache and of course these chocolate macarons you see pictured. Macarons are the transformers of deserts. Mix and match or create new flavors, the possibilities are endless. What flavors have you had? or would like to have?
