Ingredients
- 5 Russet Potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Steak Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 3 - 4 Tbsp Olive Oil (enough to coat all wedges)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Wash and dry potatoes
- Cut into wedges and place in large bowl
- Drizzle with olive oil, steak seasoning, Parmesan, bread crumbs, and red pepper flakes
- Toss to coat
- Place wedges onto baking sheet
- Bake for 45 minutes, until golden brown
