You can't be a fan of Man vs Kitchen and not be a fan of Guy Fieri. After making a trip to Costco and purchasing a large pack of Nathan hot dogs I was craving some chili to top them off. Canned chili would have been a simple solution, but that's not how we do it at Man vs Kitchen. I needed to find a good recipe. So that is what I did, found Guy's recipe and add a little zing. If you like chili without the beans, then give this a shot. It's simple and delicious.

- 1 lb Ground Beef, 80/20
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Yellow Onions, minced (1 for chili & 1 for toppings)

- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1/2 tsp Curry
- 1/2 Cayenne Pepper (Spice it up by adding more)
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Hot Dogs
- Hot Dog Buns
Directions
- Melt the margarine in a saute pan over medium head
